Address: Piazza Caduti per la Libertà, 20, 12042 Bra CN, Italy. End: 18:00 Palazzo Mathis will be the setting, until 6 January 2027, for the exhibition "EGYPT. In the footsteps of the gods", a cultural project promoted by the Municipality of Bra in collaboration with the Museo Egizio and curated by Alessandro Girardi. The opening is scheduled for Tuesday 8 September at 18, in the historic spaces of the building. The exhibition, unique of its kind in the area, accompanies the public in discovering the complex religious dimension of ancient Egypt through a selection of unpublished finds and amulets. At the center of the route are the deities of the Egyptian pantheon, the role of the sovereign as a figure of connection between the human and divine dimensions and the objects that, in everyday life, expressed and made concrete the relationship with the sacred.
