L'ULTIMA ESTATE - STAGIONE TEATRALE 2026/2027

Address: via Ammiraglio Mirabello 3 Teatro Civico - 15057 Tortona 1992 is the year of the Capaci and via D’Amelio massacres, a dramatic moment that forever marks the history of Italy. L’Ultima estate retraces the last months in the lives of the two Sicilian magistrates and, through well-known and lesser-known, public and private facts, tells their story beyond the news and far from celebratory rhetoric. Thus emerge the strength, humanity and deep sense of the State that animated them, but also the cheerfulness, irony, anger and, above all, the loneliness to which they were condemned. Freed from the image of crystallized icons, Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino come to the public in their most authentic, everyday and deeply human dimension. by Claudio Fava project Simone Luglio directed by Chiara Callegari with Simone Luglio and Giovanni Santangelo voice-over Luca Massaro original music Salvo Seminatore production Emilia Romagna Teatro ERT / Teatro Nazionale
