Fiera Regionale del Ciapinambò

Address: Carignano (TO) The Fiera Regionale del Ciapinabò has represented for about thirty years a major event in the Piedmont autumn calendar, organized by the Città di Carignano together with the Comitato Manifestazioni. During the days of the fair, the undisputed star is the ciapinabò (Jerusalem artichoke), offered in various culinary preparations inside the special food pavilion set up for the occasion. The event also involves the town squares with the initiative "Sapori in Piazza", accompanied by the presence of hobbyists and an area entirely dedicated to food specialties.
