33° Fiera Regionale ‘Il Ciapinabò’

Organizer: Municipality and Pro Loco of Carignano The Regional Ciapinabò Fair of Carignano (TO) returns for its 33ª Edition: appointment from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October 2026. Ciapinabò in Piedmontese means Jerusalem artichoke: the tuber with a very distinctive flavour also known as Canadian artichoke. A much-loved gastronomic product in cuisines all over the world, which at this festival is celebrated as a Piedmontese speciality especially when paired with bagna cauda; but the festival will also give a prominent place to the local and typical fruits of autumn. The fair programme is very rich and includes tastings of food and wine products, the show of Frisian breed cattle, markets and also moments of musical entertainment and radio broadcasts.
