The regional sheet describes the program as follows: The enhancement of a territory that preserves traditions, culture, food and wine and a “story scented with truffle” 500 years long: these are the “fundamentals” of the event, “the other fair” of the Piedmont white truffle, a sign of continuity of a centuries-old custom and focused on the Market of Truffles and Typical Food and Wine Products such as mushrooms, hazelnuts, salami and wine, a vehicle for promoting a land of countryside, bell towers and castles, silent custodians of an engaging past.
