BACENO - MeleMiele 2026

Organizer: Comune and Pro Loco of Baceno The MeleMiele festival in Baceno, in Val d’Ossola, is a traditional autumn event dedicated to two symbolic mountain products: apples and honey. The 2026 event will take place on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1° November, offering the chance to immerse yourself in the flavors and traditions of the Ossola area in a festive and welcoming atmosphere. The heart of the festival is the enhancement of local production: apples from small genuine farms and high-quality honey, the result of the work of beekeepers attentive to the environment. Walking among the stands in the historic center of Baceno, visitors will be able to taste fresh apples and sweet preparations such as freshly made fritters, as well as different types of honey, from wildflower to the most particular honeys, discovering the endless nuances of Ossola products. The event includes a large market exhibition of quality agri-food products and local handicrafts, with the possibility of buying directly from producers. There is also the large refreshment area at the sports area where you can savor the specialties of the territory, making the festival a true gastronomic journey
