It is around this ambiguity that the journey of Silvia Levenson develops, the protagonist of the new exhibition set up in the rooms of Palazzo Salmatoris in Cherasco. From 3 October 2026 to 10 January 2027, the Argentine artist will be at the centre of the solo exhibition "… e vissero tutti felici e contenti", curated by Cinzia Tesio and Marco Albeltaro. The exhibition accompanies the public inside the research of an artist of recognized international standing, who through her works investigates the contradictions of society and the power relations that run through everyday life. Body, geographic and social boundaries, domestic environment and identity thus become equally many "territories of conflict", in which what is commonly perceived as familiar, reassuring or belonging to the private sphere can turn into a space of exclusion, control and violence.
