Venue: Flashback Habitat. Address: Corso Giovanni Lanza 75 A choral work curated by Alessandro Bulgini that tells the stories of the natives of the IPI . Flashback Habitat, a centre for contemporary cultures, is conceived as a womb, an all-encompassing organism in which everything converges: the origin, the red thread that unites past and present, the home to return to. What changes and transforms today is the attitude with which we welcome the gift of this space, the stories of the people who have passed through it, the very life of the place: the new version of the work takes shape as an auspicious gesture. The permanent display sees the birth of two new projects, conceived as further contributions, as new stratifications: Asterisms. In the central rooms three new walls appear, hosting three works on the theme of motherhood, where ancient, modern and contemporary coexist on the same temporal horizon: from the shots by Fabio Bucciarelli (2018) depicting the mothers of Gaza and Lebanon, to the wooden Madonna from the middle of the fifteenth century (1445 ca.) by Giacomo Moranzon, up to the bronze Mater Dulcissima by Giuseppe Gallo (2004) New Perspectives.
