Address: Various locations, Via Piero Gobetti 15, Turin, TO Three days dedicated to the art of leavening, pastry-making and local excellence: Una Mole di Panettoni returns to the Hotel Principi di Piemonte in Turin, the event dedicated to the world of panettone, with a rich programme of appointments, masterclasses, cooking shows and the official award ceremony for Italy’s best panettone makers. The Sala Palazzo Madama will be the heart of the appointments dedicated to the public, with a calendar of masterclasses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will also be cooking shows, always at 18.00: • Friday - Bananna Kitchen with Anna Fantini: Gastronomic panettone • Saturday - Cookin’ Factory with Claudia Frascini: Tramezzini with panettone • Sunday - Evi Polliotto leading Gerla’s team of pastry chefs: Decorated panettone The competition will take place on Monday 23: the jury, chaired by Mauro Morandin, will award the panettoni, anonymised for the tasting, a score from 1 to 10 based on various parameters.
