Location: Cavour Tuttomele is one of the most important events dedicated to apples in Italy, an unmissable event for producers, enthusiasts and curious visitors that takes place every year in Cavour, in the province of Turin. This fair celebrates one of the noblest and most versatile fruits of the Piedmontese tradition, highlighting the varietal richness and quality of the apples grown in the valleys of the Pinerolese area, a territory devoted for centuries to apple growing. During the event, exhibitors present hundreds of apple varieties, from the most traditional to the most innovative, offering visitors the chance to discover the flavors, aromas and unique characteristics of each cultivar. Tuttomele is not just a trade fair, but a true food and wine festival where the apple becomes the absolute star of local cuisine. From tastings of fresh apples to traditional Piedmontese dishes that use them as the main ingredient, such as apple cakes, mostarde and typical desserts, through to derived products such as juices and artisanal preserves, everything revolves around this generous fruit. The event is an opportunity to deepen knowledge of agricultural practices sos
