The event was born with the aim of enhancing this delicacy, exalting the "red gold" supply chain and the work of breeders, who with dedication and expertise keep the tradition of this cattle breed alive. During the event, the village of Cavour comes alive with a rich program of initiatives that combine taste, culture and tradition. The restaurants in the area offer menus dedicated to Piedmontese breed meat and other excellences of the territory, while the butcher shops and stores remain open to offer visitors the chance to purchase high-quality products. In the ALA del GUSTO area, typical dishes can be tasted, including the famous bollito misto, in a convivial and authentic atmosphere.
