Trifola d’Or

Organizer: Comune di Murisengo Trifola d’Or is the International White Truffle Fair of Murisengo, one of the most prestigious events in Piedmont's Monferrato. Now in its 58th edition, it takes place on two Sunday days dedicated to the search, tasting and marketing of one of the most appreciated truffles in the world. In this context, the event is part of the White Truffle Season in Monferrato, which from October to December turns the area into an essential destination for food and wine enthusiasts. For the occasion, Murisengo, a municipality in the lower Asti Monferrato, welcomes visitors from all over Italy and abroad in a festive and convivial atmosphere. During the fair it is possible to buy truffles directly from local truffle hunters, take part in guided tastings and sample truffle-based dishes at the food stalls. Alongside this, there are typical products and local specialties, with live music and entertainment moments that enliven the days. In this way, the event becomes a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in Piedmont's truffle tradition and learn the techniques of searching for and digging up truffles. In
