Sanfrè celebra il riso, la Sagra dal 2 al 12 ottobre

Address: PalaRiso, Viale Industria, 12040 Sanfrè, CN From 2 to 12 October, eleven days of food, music and folk traditions in Sanfrè (Cn), which returns to celebrate one of the most representative products of Piedmontese cuisine with the Sagra del Riso di Sanfrè. The event combines the pleasure of the table with the spirit of village festivals. The star will be rice, offered through menus and preparations capable of telling the story of local gastronomic tradition. The different gastronomic evenings will give the public the opportunity to gather around the table and rediscover recipes and flavors linked to the area. The program will unfold over several days with concerts, music, craft stalls and entertainment initiatives dedicated to both adults and children.
