Naked Noise – Da Duke Ellington a Dave Brubeck

Place: Piccolo Coccia. Organizer: Fondazione Teatro Coccia 11.30 from the noble fathers of jazz to its contemporary evolutions. A magnetic journey that combines original compositions with masterpieces by legends such as Duke Ellington, Dave Brubeck and Ralph Towner. The trio’s aim is ambitious and exciting: to strip the repertoire of these great masters to lay bare its most intimate and authentic soul. Classical jazz is reinterpreted in all its sweetness, drama and boldness, blending with the sound of Northern Europe, blues impulses, latin rhythms and electronics, in a gripping narrative. The concert will be introduced by a History of Jazz by Gianni Lucini
