End: 19:00 On Saturday 3 October at 17.30, at the Civic Library of Tortona in via Amm. Mirabello 1, the exhibition of works by Salvo Vex titled "Between Earth and Sky" will be inaugurated. Salvo Vex, born Salvo Vessella, was born in Basaluzzo in 1961; his vocation for figurative art emerged already during his school years, when he began to deepen his interest in drawing and artistic disciplines during art education classes and, later, enrolled at the Liceo Artistico Statale of Genoa, where he deepened the techniques of drawing and modeling. In 2000 he earned a diploma from the Scuola Edile of Alessandria, specializing in plaster decoration and fresco painting. In the same field he took part in the restoration of the colonnade of the Castle of Marengo. Throughout his artistic activity he took part in numerous exhibitions, mainly at provincial and regional level.
