Grazia Toderi. Teatro Terra

Location: Castello di Miradolo. Address: Via Cardonata, 2 San Secondo di Pinerolo (TO) An immersive artistic and sensory experience conceived by the artist Grazia Toderi for the spaces of Castello di Miradolo and curated by Roberto Galimberti. The exhibition route unfolds through the Historic Wing and the New Wing, transforming the architecture of the historic residence into a large visual and conceptual stage. The artist's video projections interact directly with the frescoes, floors, doors and vaults of the building, creating a constant dialogue between the moving image, light and the physical structure of the place. The exhibition gathers a large body of works including video installations, drawings, photographs and clay sculptures, retracing the central themes of Grazia Toderi's research: the perception of space, the relationship between earth and cosmos, and the vertigo of visual exploration. On show are standout historical works such as Zuppa dell’eternità e luce improvvisa, set up in the ancient Library, and the large floor video installation We Mark. Lights-Shadows (protractor), alongside the projection 222, inspired by the International Museum and Library of Music
