Organizer: none The exhibition promoted by the Museo Nazionale della Montagna and curated by Enrico Camanni, with the coordination of Veronica Lisino and Marco Ribetti, opens to the public on 2 April and offers an in-depth look at the human and mountaineering relationship between two legendary figures. The rope team thus becomes a metaphor for a bond founded on mutual trust, complementarity and the sharing of risk. The result of careful research and cataloguing work, the exhibition is based on a documentary heritage recently acquired by the Museum. The main core comes from the Fondo Andrea Filippi, to which additional materials have been added over time, including donations from the Gervasutti family and the Gagliardone family, which broaden the picture of testimony on mountaineering between the thirties and forties.
