End: 18:00 From 24 October to 22 November 2026, the Church of San Giuseppe in Alba hosts “L’Origine: il Sacro tra padre e figlia nell’arte contemporanea”, an exhibition dedicated to the 350th anniversary of the death of Orsola Maddalena Caccia, daughter of the painter Guglielmo Caccia, known as “Il Moncalvo”. The Arte Narrata project, born in 2025 to remember the figures of Guglielmo and Orsola Caccia, arrives in Alba with 17 internationally renowned artists, called to engage with the theme of the Sacred and with the relationship between father and daughter. Through different techniques and languages, the artists propose a contemporary reading of a theme deeply linked to the history of art and spirituality, creating a dialogue between the works and the Baroque setting of the Church of San Giuseppe.
