Come Preistorici tra Bosco e Museo 2026

Location: Museo Laboratorio della Preistoria. Address: Via San Pancrazio 4 Have you already tried using the tools that were used in Prehistory? Do you know how to light a fire by rubbing little sticks together? Have you ever held an axe with a green stone tip? Do you know how they made pots and decorations? Every Sunday, until the end of November, you can do it with us: you will be able to experiment with and touch reconstructions from the past! The Museo Laboratorio della Preistoria in Vaie will involve you with a fun route through woods and museum, allowing you to immerse yourself in experimental archaeology, Prehistory, nature and the finds discovered in the area. We therefore await you for the 3-hour route to discover: • the Rumiano rock shelter • many interesting plants, a mule track and a pond • the Museo Laboratorio with experimental reproductions of objects used by people • the tactile collection to understand how the artefacts were made (pottery, weapons, weaving tools...) • green stone and ceramic artefacts • the display of the finds discovered in Vaie In case of rain, we still await you: the route in the woods will be replaced by an engaging lab
