Address: Via Ruga, 44, Gozzano The Museo del Paesaggio di Verbania is preparing to host one of the most important art appointments of the season on Lake Maggiore: "Terre inquiete", the solo exhibition of the master Tullio Pericoli. Curated by Elena Pontiggia, the exhibition will be open from 30 May to 1° November at Palazzo Viani Dugnani. The route brings together 50 works, half of them completely unpublished, coming from the artist’s archive. The exhibition guide image, "L'osservatore di paesaggi", introduces the public to a profound reflection on the fragility and transformations of the contemporary world. An immersive journey between present and past The display does not follow a chronological order, but develops through thematic sections. Pericoli’s large oil canvases, recent Premio Feltrinelli per l’Arte, use nature as a language to express the deep unease of today’s human being in the face of a nature that is increasingly threatened. This contemporary language will create a fascinating contrast with the permanent collections of the Pinacoteca di Verbania, which preserves the masterpieces of nineteenth-century Piedmontese and Lombard art by maes
