Chocobicerin Fest. Un'esperienza tutta torinese

Venue: Area 12 Shopping Center. Address: Strada Altessano 141. End: 19:00 Area 12 Shopping Center is celebrating its fifteen years of activity with a special event. For two days the public will be able to access a tasting route in the company of the best chocolate and bicerin producers in Turin: La Perla, Peyrano, La Baita, Pasticceria Introvaia, Antica Formula, Bar Doria and Befood catering. A true Bicerin experience will be enjoyed, with tastings in all its variations: traditional, with gianduia, with dark chocolate and flavored with orange. The center will also come alive with side events for the whole family: • Saturday, 15.00-17.30: master classes and in-depth talks presented by Marco Fedele, author and food and wine host; 15.00: Choco Experience master class for making a praline flavored with Bicerin under the expert guidance of Master Chocolatier Nicolas Vella; 16.00: The History of Bicerin, Alberto Landi, Director of Caffè al Bicerin, in conversation with Turin journalist Rosalba Graglia; 16.30: The evolution of chocolate, Elena Ciocatto of Pasticceria Pfatisch and director of the Museo del Ciocco
