30 anni di Bagna Caöda: ecco tutto quello che succederà dal primo all'ultimo giorno

From 8 to 13 October 2026, the Municipality of Faule hosts the 30ª edition of the historic Festa della Bagna Caöda, an event that enhances the culinary heritage of Piedmont. The event was presented on Monday 21 September at the headquarters of ATL del Cuneese, with the presence of the Regional Councillor for Tourism, Agriculture, Trade and Sport, Paolo Bongioanni. The Bagna Caöda of Faule is a traditional dish, prepared according to the local recipe and the rules deposited with the Chamber of Commerce of Cuneo, which since 2025 boasts the official recognition of the Regione Piemonte as a Traditional Agri-food Product. The events scheduled for the 30^ edition of the Festa della Bagna Caöda will begin on Thursday 8 October at 18:30 at the premises of the Vecchia Distilleria, with the official opening of the festival, the inauguration of the renovated premises of the "Vecchia Distilleria" and the presentation of the project "Po me Amor", dedicated to the traditions and typical products shared among some municipalities along the River Po: Faule, Cardè, Revello and Scarnafigi.
