VERCELLI ORGAN FESTIVAL

Venue: Sedi varie. Address: Sedi varie, Sedi varie, 13100 Vercelli, VC Six concerts enhance splendid churches in Vercelli, making their historic organs resound. Along with the organs, leading performers in the review are outstanding organists, who sometimes play with other instruments such as flutes and trumpet. In the festival, sacred and other music composed over the centuries is performed, bringing together famous works with pieces to be rediscovered. There is also no shortage of a vocal-organ concert with the Cappella Musicale Eusebiana conducted by Denis Silano, which continues the commendable work of making known the five- and sixteenth-century musical treasures of the Vercelli archives.
