A first memory, an anecdote, a laugh: step by step an entire existence takes shape, through a range of episodes, characters and thoughts that touch on the great themes of the human condition — relationships, losses, falls and comebacks, the bond with parents. An essential monologue, and at the same time one densely packed with life, blunt and shameless, delicate and bitter, capable of creating an immediate empathetic bond between the performer and the audience.
