Sagra dell’agnolotto d’la vila e del villuccio

In the heart of the Piedmontese area, in Villa di Verzuolo, taste artisans bring to life two products that symbolize the local gastronomic tradition: the Agnolotto d’la Vila and the Villuccio, both made with zero-kilometre ingredients. The Agnolotto d’la Vila, the result of a secret recipe jealously guarded by Gastronomia Sale & Pepe and by Mercà ‘dla Vila, is a first course while the Villuccio is a dessert born from the reinterpretation of the bakery tradition of Panatè d’la Vila. During the festival weekend visitors can taste many other varieties of delicious dishes: from mixed cured meats to roast with vegetable cream, from spelt, chickpea and vegetable salad to gnocco fritto with cured meats, from braised veal cheek in red wine to vegetarian lasagna, not forgetting fries, tart and, of course, Villuccio with ice cream.
