Palmi e Piante – Weekend di Yoga e Trekking

A weekend to return to feeling, with hands and feet, the Earth and its rhythms. You will be accompanied by Martina Fiona Daniele – yoga teacher, naturopath, Ayurvedic therapist and Marco Dotta – Hiking Environmental Guide. The program includes creative workshops, yoga practices, excursions to discover the beauties of the area, vegetarian lunches and dinners in a mountain refuge.
