The history of the churches of Vercelli (including those now disappeared) dedicated to martyrs, retracing the biographies of the saints, their lives and the terrible torments they suffered. An element of extraordinary uniqueness in this edition is the first-time exhibition in Vercelli of the torture instruments used during the martyrs, which will be displayed alongside the precious relics and historical documents of the Confraternita della “Buona Morte”.
