It will be a long weekend that will enliven the historic center of the city. Piazza Risorgimento and via Cavour, for five consecutive days, will host exclusive products or products particularly tied to the local character of Langhe and Roero, together with other food and wine excellences of the province Granda. With a view of the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Towers of the city, a route will unfold among tasting stands, each of which will present and tell a single product: cheeses (from Tome di Langa to Bra and also Raschera and Castelmagno) the products of the land, from Porro di Cervere to mushrooms, to Capon of Morozzo some of the best-known confectionery specialties: from pralines to nougat, to Baci di Cherasco up to the sought-after Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut cured meats fresh pasta with Tajarin and Ravioli del Plin. The historic center will thus be filled with the aromas of the various specialties. A street of flavors to enhance the great quality products of the Alba area
