La Pietra Racconta – X edizione 2026

The review “La pietra racconta”, which brings together the Ecomuseum of Granite, the Mu.Me. Archaeological Museum of Mergozzo and the GranUM Museum of Baveno, now in its tenth edition, for 2026 is coloured with the warm hues of fire to explore two main thematic threads: “Fuoco alle polveri” and “Archeologia e Mito”. Fuoco alle polveri is the theme of an exhibition and meetings on water and on the move to tell the story of the powder mills and the great mines used for the extraction of granite in the local quarries. Archaeology and Myth are instead at the centre of an original art exhibition in dialogue with finds from the area and of a series of meetings. Full programme of the review, times and info here.
