Le Madamè - four musicians who sing in multiple voices accompanied by accordion, guitar and percussion - bring back to the stage traditional songs from the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century: work songs, love songs, songs of resistance, hope and participation. The concert weaves together research and new arrangements, alternating intense and intimate moments with lively rhythms that invite singing, dancing and sharing. A repertoire that has its roots in collective memory and that, through the sensitivity of the four musicians, comes back to life in the present.
