Turin and food in the City Archive explores the theme of food in the history of Turin: from agricultural cultivation to food supply, from processing to trade and consumption, agronomic publishing, gastronomic culture and the social dimension of food from the sixteenth century to the twentieth century. The exhibition route offers visitors numerous documents, prints, drawings, projects, posters and photographs, which reconstruct the connections between food, landscape and society.
