Il gatto con gli stivali

Place: Teatro della Concordia. Address: Corso Puccini. End: 17:00 A rich old miller, at the point of death, calls his three sons to him: to the eldest he leaves the mill as inheritance, to the second son the mule and a country house are left, while to the youngest a cat is left. The boy is sad and disappointed: what use is a cat to him? Dejected, he sits on a rock to think what to do, when the cat tells him not to worry: together they will make their fortune! The Fantateatro company presents this small classic, with sword duels and songs, to show that true nobility is a matter of the heart. By Giovanni Francesco Straparola.
