The concluding appointments of the “Dialoghi Europei” cycle focus on two crucial themes of contemporary debate: the agri-food system and hospitality. On Friday 20 November, from 18,30 to 20, the masterclass “Understanding food to understand Europe and the world” will take place, organized by Europe Direct Cuneo in collaboration with Plin Education and led by Giorgia Pagliuca (@ggalaska), a PhD candidate at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, green influencer and author of the book Aggiustiamo il mondo. The meeting will analyze the food system starting from European policies, from agreements such as Mercosur, from the protection of PDO and PGI products up to innovation topics such as cultured meat.
