Franco Berrino – Il nostro veleno quotidiano

Place: Teatro Sociale. Address: Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 3. Organizer: ANTEPRIMA TEATRO ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE, 17100 Savona SV, Italy Franco Berrino brings to the stage an engaging and timely lecture-performance, inspired by his latest book and dedicated to the “Plasticene”, the age in which we live amid pollution, rapid changes and new health challenges. With a direct and accessible style, Berrino guides the audience on a journey between science and everyday life, revealing the hidden risks in modern nutrition — from ultra-processed foods to pesticides — and their impact on well-being, fertility and increasingly widespread diseases. But it is not just an analysis: it is also a practical guide. Through concrete examples and questions that affect everyone closely, the performance offers useful tools to make more informed choices and improve one’s health. An event that informs, surprises and makes one think: a unique opportunity to hear live one of the most authoritative Italian science communicators and leave with new ideas for one’s daily well-being.
