The regional sheet describes the programme as follows: The event is conceived as a container of initiatives capable of satisfying a diverse audience thanks to activities linked to food and wine, art, landscape, but also the numerous entertainments, ranging from theatre to band music, to street entertainment, and which are proposed as the setting for the Monferrino market, where you can find tasty and authentic gastronomic specialities of the Piedmont hills such as cured meats, sweets, fruit such as the ancient Monferrine apples, cheeses, mushrooms and above all truffles displayed on the stalls, waiting for the final verdict that awards the best specimens. Among the peculiarities of the territory with a high truffle vocation are the original creations of typical craftsmanship displayed in the market.
