The fair is preceded on Saturday by horseback excursions along various routes in the valley, the “baptism of the saddle” for beginners and the youngest, a carriage ride, with the possibility of camping overnight. The “Country Dinner” based on tripe and Mombasiglio snails with Langa sauce represents the eagerly awaited evening social gathering. Throughout Sunday it is possible to try, free of charge, the thrill of a tethered hot-air balloon flight, or a helicopter flight, attend the gathering of tractors of every age, enjoy roasted chestnuts and the traditional “Friceau”.
