The regional sheet describes the program as follows: The traditional event, which elects the small and captivating medieval village of the Ovadese area as a meeting place for truffle enthusiasts, transforms the town into a container of delicacies, typical and artisanal products, presented in the aleramico market and carefully selected by a Committee specially established to ensure adequate representation of local excellences but also to enrich the offering through the presence of producers from other regions such as Liguria, Valle d'Aosta, Emilia Romagna, Lombardia and, in particular, Umbria present with some producers ambassadors of the renowned products obtained also from the processing of the precious black truffle of Norcia.
