In particular, the food and wine event celebrates the end of the rice harvest season, one of the most important agricultural products of the region, offering visitors a program full of direct experiences in the rural area. During the day, in fact, it is possible to discover live how rice grains are born through guided tours in the rice mill, practical demonstrations of processing and harvesting and, moreover, immersions in the autumn rice fields on board bicycles, with free rental.
