The Fera dij Còj in Settimo Torinese celebrates one of the area's outstanding products: cabbage. Organized to highlight local agricultural tradition, the event unfolds across several squares of the town with markets of Km0 products, tastings, entertainment events and spaces dedicated to gastronomic culture. The heart of the event is Piazza dei Sapori, where cabbage becomes the star of exquisite dishes: from agnolotti with butter and sage to cabbage and bean soups with pork rinds, all the way to the traditional pes còj, cabbage rolls filled with roast meat. There are also offerings such as polenta brusatà with lard and toma, salamelle with sauerkraut and apple fritters, which delight visitors with the authentic flavors of the area. The fair also offers numerous side activities designed to entertain all age groups: fitwalking enthusiasts can take part in the non-competitive walk “Fitcoj – the cabbage walk”, while the youngest can have fun in the “Vecchia Fattoria”, an area animated with farmyard animals, games and workshops, and camper enthusiasts can take part in the camper rally “Cavolo Che Fiera”.
