Dalla polenta agli gnocchi: la castagna diventa protagonista di un intero menù

A weekend dedicated to the flavours of autumn, conviviality and music. On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October the Palaterme of Lurisia, in Roccaforte, will host the “Castagnata in musica”, an event designed to celebrate the chestnut through a gastronomic and musical offering. It begins on Saturday 10 October at 20 with the Chestnut Dinner, for which mandatory booking is required via WhatsApp at the number indicated in the poster, by 8 October. The menu offers several chestnut-based dishes: it starts with a basket of polenta with chestnuts and sausage, followed by a salad of chestnuts, spinach and walnuts and croutons with lard and chestnuts. The first course will be potato gnocchi with chestnuts and Raschera cream, while among the main courses are chestnut velouté and roast pork with chestnut cream and a side of potatoes.
