Place: Cine Teatro Silvio Pellico (Piazza Cattaneo, 24). Organizer: Cine Teatro Silvio Pellico 21:00, "Sawa Sawa is an acrobatic celebration of the meeting between cultures and of the value of our relationship with the world around us. The festive union between Western urban imagery and African traditions, intertwined thanks to a repertoire of somersaults, human pyramids and fire acts. A boy in rapper clothing enters and begins performing break dance steps on hip-hop beats, when a sound of ancestral drums interrupts him. Three African warriors appear, adorned in traditional costumes, and guided by a mysterious shaman they surround the unfortunate young man. But mutual fear soon gives way to a joyful confrontation based on the surprise of dialogue with the other as oneself. The arrival of two female spirits enriches the atmosphere with tribal dances to which it is impossible to resist."
