End: 12:30 The International Alba White Truffle Fair is one of the main showcases of high gastronomy and Italian excellence. The theme chosen for the 2026 edition, Authentic Relationships, represents the natural continuation of the thematic paths developed in the most recent editions. After having placed the future, the intelligence of nature and deep respect for the earth at the center, the Fair now intends to explore further the value of authentic relationships: those between human beings and nature, between community and landscape, between tradition and innovation, between the territory and the world, between those who safeguard the truffle heritage and those who discover it through tourist and cultural experience. The new image of the 2026 edition visually conveys this approach: the paw of the tabui, the truffle dog, rests on the Tuber magnatum Picco held by a human hand, in a gesture of handing over, trust and reciprocity. Non è possibile effettuare variazioni in caso di allergie, intolleranze e regimi alimentari particolari. I bambini che desiderano partecipare alla degustazione dovranno essere muniti di biglietto. Se invece saranno presenti in sala senza prendere parte alla degustazione, è necessario comunicarlo via email a info@fieradeltartufo.org entro 72 ore dall’evento, così da poter predisporre una seduta accanto ai genitori.
