End: 19:30 The International White Truffle Fair of Alba is one of the leading showcases of haute cuisine and Italian excellence. The theme chosen for the 2026 edition, Authentic Relationships, represents the natural continuation of the thematic paths developed in recent editions. After placing the future, the intelligence of nature and deep respect for the land at the center, the Fair now intends to explore the value of authentic relationships: those between humankind and nature, between communities and landscape, between tradition and innovation, between local area and the world, between those who preserve the truffle heritage and those who discover it through the tourism and cultural experience. The new image of the 2026 edition visually conveys this approach: the paw of the tabui, the truffle dog, rests on the Tuber magnatum Picco held by a human hand, in a gesture of handing over, trust and reciprocity. Non è possibile effettuare variazioni in caso di allergie, intolleranze e regimi alimentari particolari. I bambini che desiderano partecipare alla degustazione dovranno essere muniti di biglietto. Se invece saranno presenti in sala senza prendere parte alla degustazione, è necessario comunicarlo via email a info@fieradeltartufo.org entro 72 ore dall’evento, così da poter predisporre una seduta accanto ai genitori.
