End: 18:00 It has been 1300 years, the Abbey in the Cenischia Valley has lived through periods that were more or less important and central in the history on this side and on the other side of the Alps, up to that 1972 when the Province of Turin bought it so as not to let it fall into ruin. An important gesture that has given life over time to a unique and special place for history, faith, art and culture. The Benedictine monastic community has prepared, for the 1300th anniversary of the foundation, a rich and meaningful programme, with distinguished guests throughout 2026.
