Cantine Aperte in Vendemmia Piemonte

Organizer: Movimento Turismo Vino Piemonte Cantine Aperte in Vendemmia returns in 2026 as well, the initiative of Movimento Turismo del Vino that opens the doors of Piedmontese wineries at the most evocative time of the year: the grape harvest. The 2026 edition takes place from 24 August to 25 October 2026, with events on weekends spread across Langhe, Roero, Monferrato, Novaresi Hills and Canavese. This year the event starts one week earlier than in previous editions, due to the advance of harvest schedules linked to climate change. Activities on offer: educational harvests with explanations in the vineyard, traditional foot crushing, picnics among the rows, games and meetings with producers, harvest festivals with folk music, lunches and dinners in the vineyard, tastings and walks among the vineyards. In the Asti area, for example, the educational harvest continues with a typical Piedmontese snack based on cured meats, peppers with bagna cauda, cheeses with jams and apples, to finish in the cellar with tastings and folk music.
