Buonissima a Torino

Organizer: Comitato organizzatore From 21 to 25 October 2026 Torino hosts the sixth edition of Buonissima, the haute cuisine festival that brings more than 150 events to the city in five days, with the participation of more than 100 Italian and international chefs. The heart of the event is the GAM - Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which for the occasion turns into a gastronomic stage, hosting show cooking, meetings and tastings signed by major names in catering. Alongside the moments dedicated to haute cuisine, the 2026 program also includes appointments linked to Terra Madre, with a focus on sustainability and the quality of raw materials, in a continuous dialogue between chefs, producers and the public. Buonissima thus confirms itself as one of the most anticipated food events of the Turin autumn, capable of combining spectacle, training and high-level dining in a single week of events spread throughout the city.
