What it is From 26 September to 15 November 2026, the Esseci Cultural Center at Palazzo Santa Croce will host the photography exhibition by Marco Sasia, “Anatomy of a gaze. Inside the soul of the Hospital”. The exhibition will be open to visitors from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9.00 to 19.00, and on Sunday and Monday, from 15.00 to 19.00. Free admission. The exhibition was created as a sign of gratitude towards the more than 3.200 people who make up the community of the Santa Croce and Carle Hospital: women and men who, with competence, dedication and sensitivity, make care a deeply human experience. For over six months the photographer Marco Sasia moved through wards, corridors and work spaces, collecting more than six thousand images. His shots convey the discreet beauty of hands that support, gazes that reassure and presences that welcome fragility.
