A “group soliloquy,” Angiolini calls it, tragicomic, funny and bitter, bright and dark, in the gigantic oxymoron that is everyone’s life. With Benni’s literary virtuosity, Ambra also scans the remains of her past to be put back together, to find what she lacks, to reclaim her piece V of W. “W” will return to being a woman once again whole, wonderfully nonconforming, solid in the cracks of fragility, who will have rebuilt her body and her humanity before everyone’s eyes, in an apparently too cynical world with no more human ambitions.
