The tour starts from Piazza Risorgimento and leads to one of the city parks, where you will meet two of the protagonists of this world: the trifolau, who reveals curiosities about his singular trade and the secrets of the “perfect search” and his faithful dog. The visit continues in the heart of the historic center, among the symbolic places of the International White Truffle Fair of Alba and the World Truffle Market, up to Piazza Ferrero, in front of the Hotel Giacomo Morra. The latter owes its name to the Alba entrepreneur and restaurateur who helped make the white truffle known all over the world.
