At the heart of the event are the Pro Loco food stands, where the most authentic flavours of Piedmontese and Ovada tradition are offered. Among the specialties there are no shortages of polenta with ragù, mushroom sauce, gorgonzola or horse stew and ravioli with ragù, mushroom sauce or horse stew., cured meats, fries and sweets prepared according to local recipes, accompanied by wines from the area. Every evening is enlivened by live music, dance orchestras and shows that turn the sanctuary square into a meeting place for residents and visitors. The family atmosphere, the long outdoor tables and the natural setting of Alta Valle Orba make the festival an ideal occasion to spend an evening in the name of good food and tradition.
